My Why

So many healthcare practices are struggling to fill entry-level clinical positions. That staffing challenge has negative implications for healthcare providers as well as patients. And yet, at the same time, there are thousands of bright, highly-motivated college-graduates looking to get experience on their path to becoming PA or a physician and they can’t find jobs. It’s incredibly rewarding to be able to work with the pre-health candidates and healthcare employers to create access to jobs, access to great talent and, through making those connections, positively impact patient care today and tomorrow. Help launch the careers of so many future clinicians who will in turn be able to impact the health of so many patients is incredibly rewarding.  Health care staffing challenges so many practices face which impacts patient care and the providers themselves. Supporting our candidates, our employer partners and, through them, impacting the health and well-being of so many people today and tomorrow is incredibly motivating and fulfilling.
